Plannings S.r.l. specializes in Fire Safety Engineering, Design and supervision of Civil Engineering and Plant Design, in Architecture and Restoration.

History

Francesco Machi, experienced engineer in fire prevention, former deputy commander of the Fire Department of Padua, founded Plannings Ltd. 25 years ago by combining the experience gained in the National Corps of Firemen with all the network business relationships acquired during his intense working life.

The growing awareness of the issues related to potentially dangerous situations for humans and the environment as well as the many standards to be met, often interdisciplinary, have contributed to the systematic and integrated development of Plannings, so as to enable it to properly handle both interventions of adjustment to standards both new achievements.

Mission

The experience and the skills acquired over time enable Plannings to operate successfully in the following areas:

• Fire Prevention for facilities and industrial activities, as well as craft, tourism and hotel, commercial, accommodation, health activities and buildings subject to architectural constraints, for both private and public;
• Architecture: feasibility studies, preliminary, final and executive design, Works Supervision, Accounting and Calculations;
• Civil Engineering: integrated and coordinated design of structures and facilities;
• Health and safety at workplace: counseling for risk assessment and assistance to the Employer and to the Office of Prevention about fire precautions, Coordinator during design and runtime of construction sites;
• Formazione: planning and organization of training courses for workers.

Plannings, for their professional and organizational skills, is able to address and resolve the problems posed by the clients in both planning and advisory areas, regardless of the size or complexity of the project.
